The film focuses on the Museum of Central Africa in Tervuren during its renovation. Through the eyes of the Congolese artist Mehkar Azari Kyoso, the film explores the issue of Congolese cultural heritage, its future potential for the Congo, and how Mehkar’s relationship with his heritage changes as the museum is renovated.
